Film Thickness	ASTM D5796	The exposed surface shall have a dry film thickness of 25µm ± 3µm (1.0 ± 0.1 mils). The unexposed or reverse side shall have a dry film thickness which will vary in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
Film Cure	ASTM D5402	The baked film shall withstand one hundred and fifty (150) MEK double rubs
Film Integrity	40 Years	During the first forty (40) years of exposure, the paint film shall have no evidence of cracking, flaking, or checking to an extent that is apparent on ordinary outdoor visual observations.
Chalking	ASTM D4214	For the first thirty (30) years, vertical installations will not chalk more than a #8 rating and non-vertical installations will not chalk more than #6 when measured per ASTM D4214, Meth
Colour Change / Fade	ASTM D2244	For the first thirty (30) years, vertical installations will not change colour more than five (5) and non-vertical installations will not change more than seven (7) delta E colour units. Colour measurements are to be made per ASTM D2244 and only on clean surfaces after removing surface deposits and chalk per ASTM D3964.
Humidity Resistance	ASTM D2247	The humidity resistance test shall be conducted at 100% relative humidity at a temperature of 38ºC (100ºF). After 1000 hours of exposure, the surface shall show no field blisters.
